Steam-microwave autoclave SM series

An innovative solution for high-efficient medical waste treatment, utilizing the combined effects of steam and microwave to achieve efficient medical waste sterilization.
    • High efficiency: Different from steam sterilisation process, which can only gradually heat medical waste from the outside to the inside, and it takes a long time to achieve the sterilisation of medical waste in the centre. Also, it is different from microwave system, which must pre-shred and with low temperature in whole process, and it takes a long time to achieve the sterilisation of medical of medical waste too. This patented technology uses steam to carry out thermal osmosis from the outside to the inside, and directly penetrates the inside with microwave to achieve the combination of internal and external synchronous heating and sterilisation, which can significantly improve the sterilisation efficiency and the minimum sterilisation time is 5 minutes.
    • Recyclable: The steam and microwave co-treatment process can achieve a good sterilisation effect at a lower sterilisation temperature, and reducing the sterilisation temperature can avoid the mutual adhesion of medical wastes in the sterilisation process, which is conducive to the later classification and recycling.
